Well done NZ! It is excellent news we are finally able to reach level two in NZ. This means that you can marry your sweetheart with up to 98 friends and family around you.
I have already married couples at level three so I am very conscious of the rules and regulations that need to be maintained so can guide you with what is needed for your ceremony.

OMG! You are getting married!
Whooooo! Your heart is racing and you feel closer than ever to your partner, no I mean, your FIANCEE! Perhaps it was a surprise proposal or maybe you planned it. What ever way it happened you are going to marry the love of your life! You have your "one" and are going to show the world by coming legally married. so..... What next? ![]() You have set your big day. Now to decide what type of theme you would like for your wedding. You can have a subtle flavour of your theme throughout your wedding or go all out. I recently was luckily to marry Lisa and Kane (pictured) in a medieval style wedding at a real castle! Most of the guests were dressed up and it was great. My bespoke wedding ceremony I created for them reflected the theme. I have a steampunk wedding coming up which will be fun! Donna and Sean awoke to a stunner of a day in February. They created a magical ceremonial space at Seven Oakes in their gardens. Donna's favourite colour is purple so varying shades of purple were used in the bridal part and the decorations. Family is important to both Donna and Sean so they made sure their wedding was going to have all their nearest and dearest involved.
The setting was breathtaking in rural South Canterbury for Anna and Hamish. Grace Bolton, from Grace Bolton Photography, captured some fantastics memories of this gorgeous large, rustic wedding. Their whole day flowed beautifully. Anna and Hamish had a bespoke, personalised ceremony that featured a live singer, a horse and their fur baby
There were some clouds in the sky which helped cool the searing sun, creating a beautiful summers day. Anna arrived on a magnificent horse, led by her father, followed by her bridesmaids and fur-baby, Macy. |
