Important Details for Monday to Thursday Elopement Packages

Here are the details for my all WEEKDAY Elopement Packages

Availability

• Monday – Thursday (excluding public holidays)
• Ceremony times are available between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. (Earlier or later ceremonies have an additional fee.)
• Sunrise or sunset photography and ceremony also requires an additional $300 for the celebrant's local accommodation
• Fridays, weekends & public holidays                      . Create your own bespoke package, and we will work together to custom-make your dream elopement. 

pricing + payments

• Package Prices                                                                           All prices are in NZD and include GST (for GST-registered vendors). You will be provided with a quote for the photographer, plus extras if required, along with a contract.
• Photography, Venue, Florals, Cupcakes                                             For payments I have made on your behalf, their terms and conditions are in your contract
• Securing Your Date + Time
  To lock in your day, a 50% non-refundable booking fee and a signed contract are required.
• Payment for Overseas Couples:                           Payments are handled securely via WISE, with couples covering transaction fees.
• Final Balance
  Due in full six weeks before your wedding day.

ceremony details

• The Ceremony                                                                                      A personalised ceremony you can edit and approve or be surprised on the day, we can include a prayer or reading
• Guests
  Elopement packages include up to 20 guests (under 1 year are not included in this count).
• Time
  Please arrive 10 minutes before your ceremony's start time. Photography time commences at the ceremony start time.
• Rehearsal + Equipment
  Elopement packages do not include a rehearsal, microphone, or speaker.

pHOTOGRAPHY

• Photographer's Contract                                                       You will sign a separate contract with your photographer, which will be under their own terms and conditions.
• Extra Coverage                                                                     You can pre-arrange additional photography (1–6+ hours) if you’d like more of your day captured.
• Sneak Peek
  A preview of your photos will be delivered within 5 days.
• Final Gallery
  Your full gallery will be ready within 45 business days.
  (Delivery timelines are confirmed in your photographer’s contract.)

witnesses

• Witnesses                                                                                New Zealand law requires two witnesses to be present for your ceremony. If you don't have any guests, your photographer can act as one witness at no extra cost.
• Occasionally, either I or the photographer may be able to provide a second witness for $50 (cash payment from the couple to witness on the day), but this is not always possible.
• If another witness is needed, the couple is ultimately responsible for organising a stranger to witness.

additional Notes

• Marriage Licence
  ​The $183 licence and certificate fee is not included in package pricing. You will apply online and pay directly to the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages. Applications must be made no more than 3 months before and no later than 4 working days before your ceremony

• Travel                                                                                       Will be included within the Lake Tekapo, Mackenzie District, South Canterbury venue, which is included in the specific package we have agreed upon.  Any location changes may have extra travel added
