Meet Kate

​I'm a 28-year-old gal who fell completely in love with her hobby and turned it into a beautiful photography business.

​While I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, I found my second home in Twizel, New Zealand and have lived in NZ since 2018.

I absolutely love immersing myself in the natural beauty NZ offers, as much of my photography is inspired by the region's mountain peaks and emerald lakes.

​I live with my partner, Brad and our dog, Pablo and cat, Whitby. We can't wait to own land one day and have cows, sheep, chickens and (hopefully!!) a horse in our backyard.​

I absolutely LOVE the sun, so during the summer, I spend all my time at the lakes - swimming, wakeboarding, reading, and having BBQs with friends.

My goal for 2024 is to start horseback riding lessons, and fingers crossed, I can own my own horse in the future!

​Although I don't love the winter, I really enjoy snowboarding, and my partner and I try to escape to the States to visit my family.

I intentionally edit my images with a natural and timeless look so the environment of your day is not taken away but enhanced. Your images will feel genuine and authentic, allowing you to connect with the essence of your whole day. It's my top priority to photograph your day as YOU SEE IT and as I SEE IT and make sure it reflects nothing less of you and your relationship.

​Your time with me will be low-key, relaxed, and so much fun. I want you to take each moment slowly and take it in. This is a day to remember forever, so why rush? Xx

Best Part of Weddings

For me, there's no best part of a wedding day. Your WHOLE wedding day is my favourite part.

I simply love being welcomed into one of the most important days of your life - from all the nerves, joys and tears as the love of two worlds come together, to the moment you see each other for the first time, to the reactions of all the guests as the bride walks down the aisle and the stillness you can feel from vows being exchanged.

​And It's the absolute best feeling being a part of a wedding where I feel as if I'm family.
