​Are you dreaming of a stress-free, intimate wedding? The Timaru Love Elopement Package gives you an affordable and elegant way to say "I do"

Timaru offers a wonderful setting for your special day. Its gorgeous beaches, lush gardens, and green parks create the perfect backdrop for your wedding.

Every season adds its own magic touch, making it a top choice for couples to tie the knot.​

​What you need to do:

• decide on your weekday date (Monday to Thursday excludes  public holiday)
• book in your elopement package, sign your contract and make your first payment
• order your marriage licence
• organise two witnesses and invite up to 8 guests  ( 10 in total with couple)
• choose any optional add-ons like florals, cupcakes or grazing platter
• relax and enjoy your wedding day

Your  Monday - Thursday package includes:

• celebrant* ~ 10 minute Elopement Ceremony
• photography* ~ one hour of professional photography to capture your ceremony and special moments (*additional time available--pricing may vary based on the photographer)

All You Need To Know

The Important Details ~ Timaru Love Elopement Package
Planning your perfect elopement is easy with my Timaru Love Elopement Package.

Availability

• Days: Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)
• Times: Ceremony times between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Weekends: Jade is available as a celebrant for limited weekend elopement bookings. Photography costs are higher on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays. 

Pricing + Payment

• Package Prices: All prices are in NZD and include GST for vendors who pay GST.  Prices may vary depending on the photographer. You will sign a contract with your photographer with their T + C's
• Securing Your Date: A $500 non-refundable payment and signed contract are required.                                 ***For overseas payments, transactions are handled via WISE, and the couple covers all associated fees***
• Balance Payment: Due in full one calendar month before your wedding day

Ceremony Details

• Guests: You may have up to 8 guests (babies not included in this count).
• Arrival Time: Arrive 15 minutes before your ceremony.
• Rehearsals + Equipment: No rehearsal or microphone is included with this package.
• Photography Extras: Pre-arrange for an additional 30 minutes of photography if needed (additional payment required).

Photography Timeline

• Sneak Peek: Receive a preview of your photos within 3 days.
• Final Gallery: All photos delivered within 45 business days (details confirmed in the photographers contract).

Additional Notes

• Marriage Licence: The $183.00 licence fee and certificate fee is not included in the package. Apply and pay directly to the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages. Apply  ONLINE here 
• Travel: Package includes travel within Timaru Township. Travel charges apply for locations outside this area.
