​What you need to do for this special price:

• decide on your weekday date (Monday to Thursday excluding  public holiday)
• book in your elopement package, sign your contract and make your first payment
• order your marriage licence
• invite up to 20 guests 
• choose any optional add-ons like florals, cupcakes or maybe you want a venue ?
• relax and enjoy your wedding day

The semi-famous Lake Tekapo lupins!  A quick online search will reveal some stunning photographs - often featuring wedding couples. This is where I come in.

Every summer, the South Island of New Zealand transforms into a vibrant wonderland with lupins in a stunning array of colours, including blue, purple, pink, orange, yellow, and white. 

To catch the lupins in full bloom at Tekapo, the best time to see them is late November to early January.

 Please note that each season is different. These best bloom dates are based on 2024 + 2025 blooms

Celebrant Only Costings

If you’re keeping things simple and only need me as a celebrant:

• Monday to Thursday: $645.00 NZD (under 20 guests, over 20 guests is $700.00 )
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: $700.00 NZD 
• Public Holidays:  plus $100.00 NZD

Includes a personalised ceremony, guidance through the process, and use of my sound system (if needed for over 20 guests)

I’ll organise everything with a trusted local florist and bring your florals on the day.

SWEET TREAT 
Treat yourselves to a delicious 4 or 8-inch wedding cake or some scrumptious cupcakes, all made by a talented local baker. Choose from yummy flavours like chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, lemon, or carrot, and  Filling options: (ganache ( milk or white), lemon curd, cream cheese, caramel or raspberry 

PICNIC SET-UP
Imagine a relaxed, romantic picnic after your ceremony, complete with cosy rugs, cushions, and sweet little details. I’ll organise and set everything up, so all you have to do is enjoy. From $110.

GRAZING PLATTER + PICNIC BOX
Enjoy a delicious grazing platter or picnic box filled with fresh, local goodies. 

BOTTLE LOCAL BUBBLES/WINE or GRAPE JUICE
Raise a glass and celebrate together. You can also keep two lovely champagne glasses as a special memento.

HAIR + MAKEUP
Get pampered with professional hair and makeup, either at your accommodation (from $900+) or at a local Fairlie salon. Unfortunately, there is no hairdresser or make-up artist based in Lake Tekapo.  You’ll look and feel like yourself, just extra fabulous. I’ll share my top recommendations for you to book.

VIDEOGRAPHY
Capture all the magic with a simple wedding film, so you can relive your special moments again and again. Prices vary. I’ll share my top recommendations for you to book.

Jade has been an amazing person and celebrant from the first contact till the end. Jade made me and my (at the time fiancé) Leeroy feel at ease. She catered to all needs, cultural and religious aspects and is very respectful of any decisions.

Jade ensured to check in lots along the way as we had booked her almost a year in advance! She also made sure the remind us of the commonly missed things that go into planning a wedding to help ensure the day would go as smoothly as it did.

Jade made sure to include little tidbits of our love story into the very simple ceremony we had chosen, which made it a bit more personal. We can not highly recommend Jade enough for not only weddings but for any celebrant needs! Thank you Jade for helping make our day special!
