Stonebridge's private gardens create an idyllic backdrop for an intimate elopement. Over the years 100's of couples have married their sweetheart in these magnificent grounds. 

Offering permanent arches, picturesque ponds and bridges, and mature trees, couples can choose from various spots for their ceremony. Stonebridge offers magical photo opportunities every season.

Your ceremony and photos can be in the garden, the veranda, or the courtyard. **Please note does NOT include inside option, toilets or overnight accommodation. 

​What you need know:

• available Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)
• includes use of the outdoor grounds and veranda (no indoor option available)
• marriage celebrant and one hour professional photographer included
• bouquet, buttonhole, wedding cupcakes available as optional extras
• invite up to ten guests 
• can recommend accommodation, make-up, hairdresser and restaurants

Stonebridge is a charming family-owned and operated wedding and events venue in Geraldine.
​A picturesque boutique town in South Canterbury.

Stonebridge is located on 10 acres, featuring established trees, beautiful gardens,  lush lawns, a pond with a bridge, secret walkways and an enchanting woodland area.

​With so much to offer couples can select the setting that captures their vision.

​​I can organise and bring your wedding bouquets, buttonholes and wedding cupcakes at extra cost. I can recommend, beauty, hair or accommodation in the area.

Whatever the season, the grounds offer an idyllic backdrop for unforgettable wedding photos.  You can create memories that will last a lifetime.

• celebrant* ~ with 'aroha' elopement ceremony

We eloped at Stonebridge in Geraldine in May 2024 which was a beautiful location. We were provided with a fantastic elopement package that was affordable and consisted of amazing people and vendors.

It was such a fun day and Jade made us feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process of eloping!

There are many beautiful ceremony places to choose from | Permanent back arch at Stonebridge

Ceremony + Venue
​ 

• This exclusive venue, celebrant + photography package is available  Monday to Thursday (except on public holidays)
• Ceremony time between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm 
• You may have up to 8 guests at the ceremony*(babies not included in numbers) * ​​
• Stonebridge Geraldine ~ use of gardens and outdoor spaces 
• Aroha"  elopement ceremony. I can help you with your vows and add other simple personalisations to your ceremony. 

Costings + Contracts

• You will be sent a questionnaire and contract to confirm what you want
• Your $725.00 non-refundable payment will be required for the venue payment, and a deposit will be placed for the celebrant and photographer to confirm your date and ceremony time 
• If you live overseas, payment will be through WISE, and you will pay all associated fees.
• If you live in NZ, payment into my NZ bank account
• All remaining balance is due  one calendar month  before your wedding day
• Travel is included  for the celebrant and photographer to Stonebridge

Marriage Licence

• These packages do not include your marriage licence fee of $150 + certificate of $33 = $183 NZD, which you apply for online and pay directly to the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages 

Photographers
I have teamed up with  four fabulous and experienced photographers. Their price is cost for venue, celebrant and photographer.

They have offered an exclusive price designed for this package.  I will arrange and pay photographer for you.

• One-hour photographer ( time  begins at the start of the ceremony). 
• Additional 30-minutes of photography can be pre- arranged and their may be an extra venue cost.
• Receive a sneak peek of photos within two days.
• All photos available within 45 business*** days (will be confirmed in the contract)​
