Real Couples: This purple-themed wedding was in Timaru South Canterbury. There was ring security, babies in carriages, and 16 people in the wedding party, a huge event. Read about their special day. A Magical February Wedding: A Family AffairFebruary 2018, brought a stunning day. The couple chose the old picturesque setting of Seven Oaks in their garden, where they created a truly magical ceremonial space.
D's love for purple set the tone, with varying shades adorning the bridal party and decorations. But beyond the visual splendour, what truly made their day unforgettable was the deep sense of family and the heartfelt presence of their loved ones. A Celebration of Love and Family: Family holds a special place in D and S's hearts, and they ensured their wedding was a gathering of their nearest and dearest. Guests travelled far and wide, overseas and from different corners of New Zealand, to celebrate this joyous occasion. A Spectacular Entrance: The wedding party's entrance was nothing short of amazing. Their youngest son was responsible for guarding their rings under the watchful eye of his big brother. Following them were the adorable flower girls and junior bridesmaids, who pulled two precious babies in a carriage. The bridesmaids made their grand entrance, leading the way for D, who was accompanied down the aisle by her son. A Bespoke Ceremony: D and S's wedding ceremony was truly unique. It included a candle-lighting ritual to remember and honour those with them in spirit. Laughter, tears, and beautifully crafted vows filled the air making everyone present feel like an integral part of this profound moment. D's creative touch was evident in the many exciting decorations and unique details throughout the ceremony. Capturing the Magic: The talented Michelle from MD Photography was on hand to capture the essence of this extraordinary day. The result was a collection of stunning photographs that beautifully captured the love and magic of D and S's wedding. A Day Filled with Love and Support: It was evident that love and support radiated from everyone present, a testament to the bond that D and S share. Following the ceremony, they continued their celebration indoors, and I heard they danced and revelled into the wee hours. Their February wedding was a testament to the power of love, family, and creating lasting memories on their special day. Love, Jade x February 2018 - D and S Magical Family Wedding in Timaru
